Who Am I?

If I'm not being called Mummy by my very energetic daughter, most call me Becca or Becs!

 

I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle work, family, and the phrase we now all love to use 'self-care' - but it's essential for everyone to look after themselves somehow.

 

After struggling to find my footing after having my daughter, something I felt embarrassed to admit - I thought, as a coach who has always worked with women and children in the fitness industry, wasn’t I supposed to “snap back” and power through 5 AM gym sessions despite sleepless nights?

Absolutely not.

I had to rediscover not only my new identity as a mum but also how to build a balanced, sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition that actually fits into a busy lifestyle.

Now, I help women like you do the same!
