Who Am I?
If I’m not being called Mummy by my very energetic daughter, most people call me Becca or Becs.
I know how overwhelming it can feel trying to juggle work, family, and that thing we all talk about called “self-care” but somehow never seem to have time for.
After having my daughter, I struggled to find my footing (something I felt embarrassed to admit). As a coach who had always worked with women and children in the fitness industry, I thought I was supposed to “bounce back” choosing early gym sessions, no excuses and powering through the tiredness.
Spoiler: that wasn’t realistic… or sustainable!
I had to rediscover not only my identity as a mum, but also how to build a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition that actually fits around real life, limited time, and very little sleep.
Now, I help women do exactly the same!
